It all began before I could even walk or talk the great outdoors was destined to be my playground. My Mother, still to this day likes to regale stories of me as a very young child bouncing on my bottom at the mere sight of anything furry or feathered! My passions for all creatures great and small led me to follow a professional career working with horses, working in commercial yards, teaching and training students and horses.

A deep rooted artistic flair within me led me to try a different path. Capturing images more instantly than paint and canvas which had been my previous medium, the fascination in photography surfaced in me.

After successfully running an outdoor event photography business I decided to slow the pace a bit and capture my subjects in a more relaxed, informal, natural sort of way. Over the years I have had immense pleasure in photographing some lovely people, pets and horses and believe that shooting on location in their own environment seems to work best. I know exactly how you and your horse should be looking and going which helps me capture that special image of horse and rider ‘as one’...in a partnership.

Stock photography has also become a part of my life and I supply images to a large stock photography website where my images are used internationally.

I specialise in creating modern, contemporary images using natural light where possible. Happy enough to pull on a pair of wellies, trudge through fields, visit yards, roll about on the floor, make funny noises to ensure we get the perfect images leaving you with a long lasting memory that you will treasure.
